PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE IT, DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS AROUND AUSTRALIA & THE WORLD!
All our packages are bubble wrapped and boxed.
You will receive a tracking number via the email provided.
Orders are processed within 8 business days, Each candle is hand made bespoke to your order. Please allow up to 15 business days to receive your order.
We use Sendle and Australia Post to carrier our goods, that employ Fast way and Courier Please to freight out items. Flat rate postage is calculated on most areas though out Australia. If you are not within this area you may incur extra postage free. If this is the case, you will be notified to pay the postal fee for the area.
It is not out responsibility, once the order is collected by the courier. To track, trace or follow up your package location, once it is in transit. Please use tracking information provided to liase with the courier company.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
New Zealand please allow up to 10 Business days once shipped.
America please allow up to 16 Business days once shipped for your package to arrive.
It is your responsibility, once the order has left our premises to track and trace the shipment. You can do this Using the tracking provided. This is sent to your email address, that you you enter when placing your order.
EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION OF ORDER
We only replace an item if it is damaged, upon receiving your order. You have 48 hours from the time you open your package to contact Blissme Home. You will need proof of purchase to complete your replacement. We do refund for broken or damaged goods, if broken in transit. We do not cover loss.
The product will only be replaced with the same item you purchased.

Please make sure when you purchase from Blissme home, that you read all product information, Pre order dates and information specified. Order cancellation, within 24 hours of the order being made, will be supplied with a store credit for the same value of the purchase amount. We do not refund Change of mind.
Natural coconut wax can be temperamental. In some instance, wax may frost or have air pockets around the glass. This is not damage, nor a defect to the candle. It is simply natures ingredients that likes to try and form back to its, natural self. Please understand that this is out of our control. Simply place the candle in a cool, dry and sunless area for it to adjust to the temperature and surrounds. It should form back to the perfect state in time.
(We use no additives, no paraffin wax blends. Our candles are kosher coconut wax)

Sale items are non-refundable. We do not refund change of mine. So please make sure you make your selection carefully.
